S. B. Conrad, Inc., a firm providing General Contracting and Construction Management services, was established in 1994 by President and CEO Steve Conrad. S. B. Conrad Inc.’s extensive experience includes retail, private, municipal, government, religious, residential and educational facilities. Most recently we have added residential remodels and commercial fit-outs. Our projects can range in size from $5,000 to $30M. The thrust of S. B. Conrad Inc.’s business originally was competitive lump sum bid projects, in which we contributed our success to self performance of a number of trades. This also holds true now that we are in the private arena, where we pride ourselves on winning competitive bids along with numerous negotiated bids.
Typically, through S. B. Conrad Inc.’s employees, we self perform demolition, concrete and carpentry. With S. B. Conrad Inc.’s experienced managerial staff and employed tradesmen, the ultimate goal is the clients’ satisfaction measured from the schedule and financial standpoints.
